This traditional P.G.I. Certified (Protected Geographic Indication) Balsamic was produced under strict European rules and the control of the Italian Ministry of Agriculture. A blending of wine vinegar and grape must was aged in Slovenian oak vats and barrels for 12-15 years, to emerge as this perfectly balanced Balsamic with an unsurpassed roundness and smoothness, possessing aromas of wood and spice. This rich, full-bodied, dense Balsamic is well suited to drizzle over broiled or grilled meats, fish and vegetables, to finish a caprese or spinach salad, or even poured over ice cream or panna cotta!
Produced in Italy from grapes of Italian origin. Bottled in Schenectady, NY. Caramel free. The fullest flavor can be enjoyed when stored in a cool, dark place through date noted on bottle/tag.
