Description: This extra virgin olive oil is cold-extracted from 100% Nocellara del Belice variety olives that were hand-harvested in Western Sicily. This medium intensity oil has aromas of freshly-picked tomatoes and vegetables with a mildly bitter and spicy finish. It is perfect for salmon carpaccio, pasta sauces, grilled white meats and fish, caprése salads and for preparing aglia é olio.
The fullest flavor can be enjoyed when stored in a cool, dark place through date noted on bottle/tag.
